By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In case you cannot return the item, proofs of the faulty item, including videos or pictures, have to be sent along with the proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

If you do not receive your package after 35 days from your shipping confirmation email, we offer partial or full refund or full replacement. Please get back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for quickest response.
Please note that sometimes packages are delayed or rerouted because of unusual circumstances. If you weren't home when we tried to deliver your package, you can use the tracking bar code number on the paper slip your carrier left to schedule a re-delivery.
You can only cancel your order within 8 hours from purchasing time. After 8 hours, your cancellation request won't be processed at any costs.
Please note that after completing your payment, your order can only be cancelled from our side, so please reach us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
We only accept changing request on personal information such as shipping address, zip code, within 24 hours from purchasing time. After the item is fulfilled, please contact to the shipping carrier to reroute the delivery line.
